Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Banana Jelly With Cream

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 600 ml lemon or orange jelly
  • 6 bananas
  • 140 ml double cream
  • 15 g pistachios

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Make the jelly and allow it to cool.
  2. Chop pistachios finely and add 2 tbsp of jelly to it.
  3. Pour the nut-jelly into a mould.
  4. Beat the bananas to a puree and half whip the cream.
  5. Stir the banana puree into the remaining jelly, add cream and fold together lightly.
  6. Pour it into the mould, and let it set.
