Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Blackgrapes Whip

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 140 ml black grapes puree
  • 285 ml black grapes juice or water
  • 15 g gelatine
  • sugar to taste

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Heat the gelatine slowly in the juice or puree and water until dissolved.
  2. Add sugar if necessary.
  3. Cool, then whisk briskly until a thick foam is produced.
  4. Pour quickly into a glass dish.
  5. You can use the same recipe with different fruits for various fruit whips - e.g. oranges, mangoes, etc.
