Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Blackgrapes Whip
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 140 ml black grapes puree
- 285 ml black grapes juice or water
- 15 g gelatine
- sugar to taste
Recipe (How to Make):
- Heat the gelatine slowly in the juice or puree and water until dissolved.
- Add sugar if necessary.
- Cool, then whisk briskly until a thick foam is produced.
- Pour quickly into a glass dish.
- You can use the same recipe with different fruits for various fruit whips -
e.g. oranges, mangoes, etc.
