Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Buttercup Orange Cake
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 10 oz buttercup
- 10 oz castor Sugar
- 10 oz self raising flour
- 1 level tbsp cornflour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 6 eggs
- 1 orange extract juice
- 1 tsp orange rinds
Recipe (How to Make):
- Beat butter till white add sugar gradually and beat until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and beat until very light.
- Fold in the dried ingredients, adding the juice and rinds.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking tin.
- Preheat oven 350ºF and bake for 40 to
50 minutes.
