Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Cashew Cake

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 1 cup cashew
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup ghee
  • A few strands of saffron

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Soak the cashew in cold water for
    about 2 hours.
  2. Grind it to make a smooth paste.
  3. Now soak the saffron in milk and set aside.
  4. Take heavy bottom vessel.
  5. Put the cashew paste,sugar and ghee.
  6. Keep stirring continuously on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  7. Now regulate your stove to medium and keep stirring till cashew cake leaves ends of the vessel.
  8. Before pouring into greaced plate.
  9. Pour saffron and milk and mix it well.
  10. Pour and cut into diamond shapes when warm.
