Indian Cooking Recipe :Chatpatta Corn
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 packet sweet corn kernels
- 3 tbsp fresh grated coconut
- 1 or 2 finely chopped
- halapeno peppers
- 5 cliantro leaves, chopped finely
- 2 tsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
Recipe (How to Make):
- Heat up 2 tsps of oil in a wok. Add 1 tsp of mustard (optional).
- After it splutters, add green chillies and fry them.
- Add the corn and stir well on high. Let the water dry up.
- Add coconut and lime juice and mix well.
- Garnish with cliantro and serve.
