Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 85 gms maida
- 85 gms butter or margarine
- 55 gms icing sugar
- 25 gms cornflour
- 1½ tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsp milk
- A pinch salt
Recipe (How to Make):
- Sieve the maida, cornflour, cocoa and salt together.
- Cream the butter and sugar properly until it becomes light and creamy.
- Put the vanilla essence and stir properly.
- Put the flour mixture and milk and mix well.
- Fit a 12 mm. (½") star nozzle to piping bag filled with the mixture
and pipe the mixture in circles on a greased baking tin.
- Bake in a moderate oven at 350ºF for about 20 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
