Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 225 gms plain chocolate broken
  • 150 ml double cream
  • 165 gms castor sugar
  • 4 separated eggs
  • ¼ cup grated chocolate for decorate

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Melt chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Place cream, egg yolks, sugar and chocolate blend for it for 1 mint
  3. Whip the egg whites.
  4. Fold the whites into the egg yolk-chocolate mix.
  5. Pour into individual glasses and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  6. Serve with grated chocolate.
