Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 225 gms plain chocolate broken
- 150 ml double cream
- 165 gms castor sugar
- 4 separated eggs
- ¼ cup grated chocolate for decorate
Recipe (How to Make):
- Melt chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
- Place cream, egg yolks, sugar and chocolate blend for it for 1 mint
- Whip the egg whites.
- Fold the whites into the egg yolk-chocolate mix.
- Pour into individual glasses and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
- Serve with grated chocolate.
