Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 2 pockets of nice biscuits
- 200 gms fresh cream
- 100 gms cooking chocolate
- 1 tsp coffee powder
- ½ cup of hot water
Recipe (How to Make):
To Chocolate Sauce :
- Shred the cooking chocolate into small bits.
- Heat the cream and add the chocolate stiring continuously until the chocolate
melts.
For the Chocolate Pudding :
- Arrange the biscuits in a serving tray after dipping each into coffee water.
- Spread a thin layer of chocolate sauce on the biscuit layer.
- Spread a biscuit layer on the chocolate layer and repeat for 3 layers.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
- Serve chilled cutting into small pieces.
