Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 2 pockets of nice biscuits
  • 200 gms fresh cream
  • 100 gms cooking chocolate
  • 1 tsp coffee powder
  • ½ cup of hot water

Recipe (How to Make):

To Chocolate Sauce :

  1. Shred the cooking chocolate into small bits.
  2. Heat the cream and add the chocolate stiring continuously until the chocolate melts.

For the Chocolate Pudding :

  1. Arrange the biscuits in a serving tray after dipping each into coffee water.
  2. Spread a thin layer of chocolate sauce on the biscuit layer.
  3. Spread a biscuit layer on the chocolate layer and repeat for 3 layers.
  4. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
  5. Serve chilled cutting into small pieces.
