Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Cocktail Kheer
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1carrot
- 8 badam
- 8 kaju
- 8 pista
- 4 elaichi
- 250 gms sugar
- 1 litre milk
Recipe (How to Make):
- Soak badam and pista in hot water for an hour.
- Peel the carrot skin and grind it in the mixer.
- Fry elaichi in little ghee and power it.
- Peel the badam and pista skin and grind it in the mixer with little milk.
- Keep a nonstick clean pan in the gas and boil the milk for 15 to 20 minutes
in a low flame.
- Add the pastes and stir it 10 to 15 mintues.
- Add sugar allow
it to boil 10 more minutes.
- Serve it hot or cold.
