Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Cool 'N' Easy Easter Pie

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 2/3 rd cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tub cool whipped toping, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust
  • 1 package jell-o brand strawberry flavor
    gelatin

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. In large bowl stir boiling water into gelatin 2 minutes or until dissolved.
  2. In a separate bowl mix cold water and ice to make 1 ¼ cups Stir into gelatin - until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
  3. Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Mix in strawberries.
  4. Refrigerate 30 - minutes or until mixture will mound. tsp into crust.
  5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Before serving, garnish with additional whipped topping and strawberries,- if desired.
