Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Corn Sev Puri/Poori

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • To be mixed together into a corn topping :
  • 1 cup corn kernels, boiled
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Other ingredients :

  • 24 bhel puris
  • 1 cup thin sev
  • ½ cup tamatar ki chutney
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Place the puris on a plate.
  2. Put 1 tsp of the corn topping on top of each puri.
  3. Put 1 tsp of the tamatar ki chutney on top of each puri.
  4. Garnish with the chopped coriander & sev
  5. Ready to serve.
