Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Corn Sev Puri/Poori
Ingredients for the Recipe
- To be mixed together into a corn topping :
- 1 cup corn kernels, boiled
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Other ingredients :
- 24 bhel puris
- 1 cup thin sev
- ½ cup tamatar ki chutney
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
Recipe (How to Make):
- Place the puris on a plate.
- Put 1 tsp of the corn topping on top of each puri.
- Put 1 tsp of the tamatar ki chutney on top of each puri.
- Garnish with the chopped coriander & sev
- Ready to serve.
