Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Dabeli

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 1 kg aloo
  • 4 onions
  • garam masala
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red chilly powder
  • 4 tbsp emlee and gur chutney
  • 2 tbsp lasoon chutney

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Boil the aloos and after pealing mash them well and keep aside.
  2. In a pan heat ½ cup oil for frying the peanuts, deep fry and add salt, 1 tsp sugar and ½ tsp red chilly powder .
  3. In the remaining oil add lason chutney, allow to sizzle.
  4. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, emlee chutney.
  5. Also add the mashed aloos.
  6. Fill it in bun with fried peanuts & chopped onions.
  7. Serve hot.
