Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Egg Florentine

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 200 gms spinach
  • 10 gms cheese grated
  • 100 ml white sauce
  • 2 egg boiled and sliced
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Heat butter in a vessel and add chopped spinach and salt.
  2. Cover and cook the spinach.
  3. Spread spinach in a small pyrex dish.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese.
  5. Add sliced eggs and white sauce.
  6. Place the dish in pre heated oven for 3 minutes.
