Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Eggless Suji Cake

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 2 cups suji
  • 1½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Sieve Suji &, baking powder & baking soda into the mixing bowl.
  2. Add curd, cream, sugar & vanilla essence into it & mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking bowl, preheated for 2 minutes at a temperature of 100C & well oiled at sides.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Ready to serve.
