Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Eggless Suji Cake
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 2 cups suji
- 1½ cup sugar
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Recipe (How to Make):
- Sieve Suji &, baking powder & baking soda into the mixing bowl.
- Add curd, cream, sugar & vanilla essence into it & mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the baking bowl, preheated for 2 minutes at a temperature
of 100C & well oiled at sides.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
