Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Green Chutney

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • Pudina, fresh coriander equal ratio
  • Green Chillies according to taste
  • 5-10 gms ginger
  • Lime size jaggery
  • Lime size tamarind
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil, Cumin seed, Hing For seasoning

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Grind all the above ingredients raw.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and hing when the oil is heated.
  3. Take it off the flame and pour on the chutney and mix well.
  4. Serve with Samosa, Dosa, Rice or can be used in making bread sandwich.
