Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Green Gram Payasam

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • ½ cup green grams
  • ¼ cup thick coconut milk
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp ghee

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Soak the green grams in water overnight.
  2. Boil it with water for 20 minutes, until the green gram is cooked.
  3. Then put whole milk, coconut milk, sugar & cardamom pods.
  4. Stir constantly for 10 minutes, until the sugar gets dissolved.
  5. Add the ghee.
  6. Serve hot.
