Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Hare Chane ki Chutney

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 2 cups hara chana, boiled
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt to taste

For garnishing

  • 8 to 10 baked puris, crushed
  • 2 tbsp sev

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Heat the butter in a pan, put the onions and fry till the onion becomes translucent.
  2. Put the green chillies, green chana, tomatoes, chaat masala and salt and fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Put the lemon juice and coriander and mix properly.
  4. Garnish it with crushed puris and sev.
  5. Ready to serve.
