Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Hare Chane ki Chutney
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 2 cups hara chana, boiled
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 3 to 4 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt to taste
For garnishing
- 8 to 10 baked puris, crushed
- 2 tbsp sev
Recipe (How to Make):
- Heat the butter in a pan, put the onions and fry till the onion becomes translucent.
- Put the green chillies, green chana, tomatoes, chaat masala and salt and fry
for another 2 minutes.
- Put the lemon juice and coriander and mix properly.
- Garnish it with crushed puris and sev.
- Ready to serve.
