Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Health Drink

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 orange
  • a few drops of lemon juice
  • 3 drops saccharine or 2 pills saccharine
  • 2 pinches salt
  • crushed ice for serving

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Chop the tomatoes and carrots into big pieces.
  2. Put the orange segments and ½ teacup of water.
  3. Blend it with all the remaining ingredients in a liquidizer and strain.
  4. Serve it with lots of crushed ice.
