Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Jhat Pat Kulfi

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • ½ pint whipping cream
  • 1,12 oz. can fat free evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup almonds & pistachios, powdered
  • 5-6 cardamoms, powdered
  • 10-12 strands saffron- dissolved in 1 tsp milk

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Whip the cream till it forms a peak.
  2. Gently fold in the condensed and evaporated milks.
  3. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour into kulfi molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or till frozen well.
  5. De-mold and serve with your favorite topping.
