Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Kharbuza Rasayan
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 ripe kharbuza
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ pav beaten rice
- ½ litre milk
- 3 cardamom pods
Recipe (How to Make):
- Boil the milk and keep aside to cool
- Skin kharbuza. Discard its innermost soft part.
- Chop into small cubes and mix sugar. Also add boiled and cooled milk.
- Mix beaten rice and powdered cardamom.
- Ready to serve.
