Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Kharbuza Rasayan

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 1 ripe kharbuza
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ pav beaten rice
  • ½ litre milk
  • 3 cardamom pods

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Boil the milk and keep aside to cool
  2. Skin kharbuza. Discard its innermost soft part.
  3. Chop into small cubes and mix sugar. Also add boiled and cooled milk.
  4. Mix beaten rice and powdered cardamom.
  5. Ready to serve.
