Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Lichee Sponge Cake
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 cup maida
- 200 gm condensed milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp cooking soda ( Soda bicarb )
- 1/3 rd cup oil
- ½ cup canned lichees
- ¼ cup water
- Ghee or butter for coating glass bowl
Recipe (How to Make):
- First sieve the maida, baking powder, cooking soda together.
- Now put all the ingredients in a mixie and grind them well.
- Take a round glass bowl, coat it inside with ghee or butter.
- Pour batter into glass bowl.
- Microwave on 60-80% power for 10 mins.
- Let it stand for a couple of mins before inverting onto a dish.
