Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Makai Aur Subzi Ki Roti
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1½ teacups makai ka atta
- ½ teacup cauliflower, grated
- ½ teacup methi leaves
- finely chopped
- ½ teacup coriander, chopped
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 potato, boiled
- salt to taste
Recipe (How to Make):
- Sieve the atta, put the cauliflower, methi, green chillies, coriander and salt.
- Grate the boiled potato and put in the mixture.
- Put some warm and make soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 8 to 10 balls.
- Roll out by apply a little flour and cook
on a tava until it becomes soft.
- Ready to serve.
