Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Mango-Pua with Cream
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 cup mango pulp
- ½ cup maida
- 3 tbsp suji
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chirounji
- 1 cup cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup milk
- Oil for deep fry
- Dry fruits
Recipe (How to Make):
- Mix maida and mango pulp.
- Soak suji in milk for 1 hour and add to the mango-maida mix.
- Add more milk if the batter is too thick.
- Add chirounji and cardamom powder to the batter.
- Deep fry the pua in hot oil.
- Beat cream and sugar till light and pour over the puas.
- Sprinkle dry fruits.
