Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Masala Fish Fingers

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 250 gms deboned fish pieces
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4" ginger
  • 1 garlic flakes
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 eggs
  • Oil for frying

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Clean the fish pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except eggs, bread crumbs and oil.
  3. Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture for 2 hours.
  4. Beat the egg. Heat the oil.
  5. Dip the fish pieces in egg and roll it in bread crumbs.
  6. Deep fry till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot.
