Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Masala Fish Fingers
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 250 gms deboned fish pieces
- 1 onion
- 1/4" ginger
- 1 garlic flakes
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
- 2 eggs
- Oil for frying
Recipe (How to Make):
- Clean the fish pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients except eggs, bread crumbs and oil.
- Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture for 2 hours.
- Beat the egg. Heat the oil.
- Dip the fish pieces in egg and roll it in bread crumbs.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
