Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Misal Pav
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 100 gms Moong sprouts
- 100 gms Vatana (peas) sprouts
- 1/2 tsp Chilli pwd.
- 1 big bowl Jaggery (gur)
- 4-5 tsp Tamarind water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
For serving Chopped Tomato, Chopped Onion, Chopped Corriander
Recipe (How to Make):
- Boil both sprouts.
- Heat oil in a pan, add sprouts, chilli pwd., jaggery, tamarind water &
salt & cook for few mins.
- Serve hot with tomato, onion, coriander.
- Garnish with bareek & mota sev.
Eat with pav.
