Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Misal Pav

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 100 gms Moong sprouts
  • 100 gms Vatana (peas) sprouts
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli pwd.
  • 1 big bowl Jaggery (gur)
  • 4-5 tsp Tamarind water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

For serving Chopped Tomato, Chopped Onion, Chopped Corriander

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Boil both sprouts.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add sprouts, chilli pwd., jaggery, tamarind water & salt & cook for few mins.
  3. Serve hot with tomato, onion, coriander.
  4. Garnish with bareek & mota sev.
    Eat with pav.
