Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Moor Kali
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 cup rice flour
- 2 cups butter milk
- a small pinch hing
- ½ tsp urad dal
- ¼ tsp mustard
- 6 to 8 green chillies
- a small bunch curry leaves
- Vetha Mulaka (optional)
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- ¾ tsp salt
Recipe (How to Make):
- Combine rice flour, buttermilk and salt and make a batter.
- Sauté mustard in oil and wait till it crackles, then put urad dal, hing,
curry leaves, vetha mulaka, and green chillies, and wait for a few minutes,
and then add the rice flour batter.
- Continue to stir until the rice flour gets cooked.
