Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Moor Kali

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 cups butter milk
  • a small pinch hing
  • ½ tsp urad dal
  • ¼ tsp mustard
  • 6 to 8 green chillies
  • a small bunch curry leaves
  • Vetha Mulaka (optional)
  • 2 tsp cooking oil
  • ¾ tsp salt

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Combine rice flour, buttermilk and salt and make a batter.
  2. Sauté mustard in oil and wait till it crackles, then put urad dal, hing, curry leaves, vetha mulaka, and green chillies, and wait for a few minutes, and then add the rice flour batter.
  3. Continue to stir until the rice flour gets cooked.
