Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Nankathai
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 ½ cup melted dalda
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups maida
- 1 tsp soda bi carb
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Vanilla Essence for taste
Recipe (How to Make):
- Mix well melted dalda and powdered sugar to light buttery consistency.
- Add maida and mix well and leave overnight for 6-8 hours.
- Knead well to light consistency and mix sodabi carb and lemon juice together
to the dough.
- Add and mix Essence for taste.
- Knead well and make round balls.
- Put them in greased tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at temperature of
400ºF.
- Ready to serve.
