Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Orange and Strawberry Pudding
Ingredients for the Recipe
- segments of 2 oranges
- 1 teacup strawberries, sliced
- 2 sliced bananas
- 11 gms strong gelatine
- 350 ml. orange juice
- 2 tbsp orange squash
- 1 to 2 drops saccharine
- a few drops red colouring
Recipe (How to Make):
- Combine the gelatine in 4 tbsp of water and warm on a slow flame until it get
dissolves.
- Put the gelatine mixture to the orange juice.
- Put the orange squash and saccharine. Pour into a mould and set the mixture
partially in the refrigerator.
- When the mixture is set partially, break it up, add the fruit and colouring,
stir well and keep it to set again in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, dip the mould in hot water for a few seconds, loosen the sides
and unmould on a plate.
- Ready to serve.
