Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Paneer Pudding
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 4 tbsp cornflour
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cup water
- 5 drops vanilla essence
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
Recipe (How to Make):
- Make the thin sugar syrup of water and sugar.
- Add grated paneer and let it cook for few minutes.
- Add diluted cornflour and cook it till it slightly thickens.
- Add vanilla essence. Remove from fire. Transfer to serving dish.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
