Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Panpolo (Neer Dosai)

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 2 pav raw rice
  • 1 cup coconut gratings
  • oil for roasting
  • salt to taste

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Soak rice in water for 2 to 3 hours
  2. Wash. Grind the rice with coconut gratings to make a fine paste.
  3. Before removing from grinder, put salt to it.
  4. Dilute the batter by adding a little water used for washing the grinder.
  5. Smear dosa pan with oil and place on flame.
  6. Spread the batter thinly (when hot), tilting the pan a bit.
  7. Roast dosai on one side only.
  8. Fold it twice to make 4 folds of quarter circle shape.
  9. Ready to serve.
