Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Pineapple Souffle

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 1 tin sliced pineapple
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 25 gms gelatin
  • 1 cup cream

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Mix gelatin with warm water, to this add sugar and pineapple syrup, mix well and set it in the fridge.
  2. When it sets nicely beat the mixture in electric beater.
  3. Cut pineapple into small pieces, add the above mixture and cream and chill it.
  4. Decorate with nuts and serve.
