Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Poori Masala

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 3 tsp rava
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cooking oil

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Soak rava in little water for 15 minutes.
  2. Knead wheat flour, rava and salt to make a fine dough.
  3. Make small balls, pat it on little wheat, and make thin crust with a rolling pin and deep fry in oil.
