Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Ragda (Ragada) Patties Recipe

Ingredients for the Recipe

For the Patties :

• 500 gms potatoes
• 3 slices of bread
• 2 tsp of lime juice
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

For Ragada :

• 250 gm white peas
• 200gm onions
• 2 medium sized tomatoes
• 4 green chillies
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 6 to 8 tbsp oil
• 6 cloves
• 1 tsp coriander seeds (Dhania)
• 1 tsp fennel seeds (sounf)
• 15 pepper seeds
• 4 inch cinnamon pieces
• 3 cardamoms
• 6 garlic cloves
• ½ inch piece of ginger
• Handful of Fresh green Cilantro (Coriander) leaves chopped finely.
• 2 pinches Asafoetida (Hing)
• ¼ tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp jeera and rai

Recipe (How to Make):

For Ragada :

1. Soak the white peas overnight.
2. Cook them in the Pressure.
