Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Red Garlic Chutney

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 1 cup coconut, grated
  • 6 to 7 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 small red chillies
  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt to taste

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic and red chillies for ½ minute.
  2. Put the coconut and mix for further 1 minute.
  3. Cool and grind to make a coarse paste with the tamarind and salt using a little water.
  4. Refrigerate and use whenever required.
