Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Red Garlic Chutney
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 cup coconut, grated
- 6 to 7 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 small red chillies
- 1 tsp tamarind pulp
- 1 tsp oil
- salt to taste
Recipe (How to Make):
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic and red chillies for
½ minute.
- Put the coconut and mix for further 1 minute.
- Cool and grind to make a coarse paste with the tamarind and salt using a little
water.
- Refrigerate and use whenever required.
