Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Semia Pakodi

Ingredients for the Recipe

pack of semia

  • 3 potatoes
  • 3-4 green chillies
  • 3-4 tsp of corn flour
  • Salt

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Boil ½ litre of water and add pack of semia in it.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and 2 drops of oil so that vemicilli doesnt stick.
  3. Bring it to a boil and strain the water and wash vermicilli with running cold water.
  4. Now peel potatoes and chop them into fine pieces and cut greenchillies into small pieces.
  5. Now mix them with vermicilli along with flour add salt to taste.
  6. Heat oil in kadai and fry a spoon full of the mixture.
