Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Sev Puri/Poori

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 10 nos flat puris (crisp)
  • 50 gms fine sev
  • ½ cup curd (sweetened)
  • 2-3 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • Green chutney according to taste
  • 1 cup boiled potatoes
  • Chat masala
  • Chilli powder
  • Jeera powder

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Arrange puris on a plate.
  2. Put boiled potatoes, sev, curd and chutneys.
  3. Sprinkle the chat masala and powders.
  4. Add finely chopped onion and coriander leaves if desired sprinke more sev.
