Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Spring Onion Parathas With Chinese Stuffing
Ingredients for the Recipe
For the parathas :
- 2 teacups maida
- 1 teacup gehun ka atta
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 tsp oil
For the stuffing :
- 2 teacups spring onion with
- leaves
- 1 tbsp oil
- a pinch Ajinomoto powder
- salt to taste

Recipe (How to Make):
For the parathas :
- Combine the flours, oil and salt by using enough water and make a dough.
- Knead the dough properly and leave for ½ hour. Knead again.
- Roll out the dough into 150 to 170 mm (6" to 7") diameter rounds.
For the stuffing :
- Heat the oil and sauté onions for 1 minute.
- Put the Ajinomoto and salt.
- Cook for one minute and keep it to cool.
How to proceed :
- Spread the stuffing on one round. Keep another round on the top.
- Spread a little oil on both sides and cook on a tava till it becomes crispy.
- Slice into pieces.
- Ready to serve.
