Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Sprout's Bhel

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 1 cup moong sprouts
  • ¼ black gram sprouts
  • ¼ cup bhel sev
  • 1 cup murmure
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • ½ cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 green chilly, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilly powder
  • Dry mango powder
  • 1 tbsp oil

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Soak Moong seeds and Black gram for five hours and then put it in a wet cloth and keep aside for whole one day.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and put it sprouts.
  3. Heat the sprouts till it becomes tender.
  4. Take the sprouts in another vessel.
  5. Mix Bhel sev, murmure, onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilly, limejuice, salt, red chilly powder and dry mango powder in sprouts.
