Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Sprout's Bhel
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 cup moong sprouts
- ¼ black gram sprouts
- ¼ cup bhel sev
- 1 cup murmure
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- ½ cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 green chilly, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Red chilly powder
- Dry mango powder
- 1 tbsp oil
Recipe (How to Make):
- Soak Moong seeds and Black gram for five hours and then put it in a wet cloth
and keep aside for whole one day.
- Heat oil in a pan and put it sprouts.
- Heat the sprouts till it becomes tender.
- Take the sprouts in another vessel.
- Mix Bhel sev, murmure, onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilly, limejuice, salt,
red chilly powder and dry mango powder in sprouts.
