Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Sprouts Tikki
Ingredients for the Recipe
- ½ cup sprouts par boiled
- 1 potato, boiled & peeled
- Corn flour
- 2 green chillies
- 1 onion
- 6 cashews
- Corainder leaves
- ½ tsp saunf
- Garam masala
- Haldi
- Salt to taste
Recipe (How to Make):
- Chop onions, green chillies and coriander leaves grind it alongwith the par
boiled & cut sprouts in a grinder to a paste.
- Cut cashews into small pieces.
- Peel and mash the potato and add it alongwith corn flour to the sprouts paste
and cashews.
- Also mix together saunf, haldi, haldi and salt to the batter.
- Make round flat tikkis and heat a flat pan.
- Grease it with oil or butter and place the tikkis and once both the sides of
the tikkis turn golden brown.
- Remove and serve hot.
