Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Mix all the stuffing ingredients together. Keep aside.
  2. Beat egg, water, curd, salt, chillies and besan flour in a blender. Mix this well to make a fine paste.
  3. Add finely chopped Methi ki bhaji leaves after blending and mix well again. Let the paste stand for 5 minutes.
  4. In a frypan put a little oil or butter and pour the mixture to form a thin pancake like layer.
  5. Put two spoons of the stuffing mix on top of this layer and fold it to make a roll.
  6. On low heat, cook both sides of the roll.
  7. Serve hot with Ketchup or Chutney.
