Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Sweet And Sour Raisin Chutney

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 200 gm raisin
  • 3 green chillies
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • 1 tbsp vineger
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • a pinch of salt

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Soak the raisins in warm water for half an hour.
  2. Drain out excess water.
  3. Blend the raisins in warm water for half an hour.
  4. Drain out excess water.
  5. Blend the raisins with the rest of the ingredients in a blender to obtain a thick chutney.
