Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Sweet And Sour Raisin Chutney
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 200 gm raisin
- 3 green chillies
- 2 dry red chillies
- 1 tbsp vineger
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp honey
- a pinch of salt
Recipe (How to Make):
- Soak the raisins in warm water for half an hour.
- Drain out excess water.
- Blend
the raisins in warm water for half an hour.
- Drain out excess water.
- Blend the
raisins with the rest of the ingredients in a blender to obtain a thick chutney.
