Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Sweet and Khari Biscuits
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup plain flour
- ½ cup wheat flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- Red chilli powder
- 4 or 5 tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp ghee
Recipe (How to Make):
- Mix the rice flour, plain flour and wheat flour with water, ghee, salt and chilli
powder.
- Make the dough as medium size balls and roll it as circle shape.
- Cut it long slices and make 3 or 4 folds of each slice.
- Put kadai on the stove and pour oil in it and make deep fry all these slices
in oil.
- Make sugar powder and sprinkle it on these biscuits.
