Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Tomato Vadi
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 kg tomato
- 1 coconut, grated
- 1 ½ cup sugar
Recipe (How to Make):
- Boil tomatoes in water for 10, 15 mins.
- Remove and grind it in mixy without water.
- Filter it and separate pulp and juice.
- Keep pulp away and take only juice.
- Heat juice on low flame stirring it continuously.
- As it starts becoming thick add coconut, sugar and again stir it, till it becomes
thick enough and leaves sides.
- Grease a big plate with ghee, spread mixture over it and make diamond shapes
on it.
- Cool it for 1 hrs.
- Delicious vadi ready to serve.
