Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Urad Dal Poori
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup maida
- ½ cup urad dal
- 2-3 green chillies
- ¼ tsp jeera
- ¼ tsp salt
- cooking oil
Recipe (How to Make):
- Soak urad dal in little water for 10 minutes.
- Grind the soaked urad dal, green chillies, jeera, and little salt coarsely with
less water.
- Make small balls and keep them aside.
- Sauté the ground masala in little oil until the flavour comes out.
- Knead wheat flour, maida, cooking oil, and salt to make a fine dough.
- Make small balls, pat it on little wheat, and make thin crust with a rolling
pin and stuff 1 masala ball and roll it into a thin crust and deep fry in oil.
