Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Vazai Thandu Curry
Ingredients for the Recipe
- vazai thndu, finely chopped
- 2 tsp moong dal
- ¼ tsp urad dal
- 2 red chilli
- ¼ tsp mustard
- a small pinch hing
- a small pinch ginger
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tsp grated coconut
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- ½ tsp salt
Recipe (How to Make):
- Soak vazai thandu, moong dal, butter milk and salt together for 15 minutes.
- Heat some oil in a pan and put the mustard.
- When they crackle, put urad dal, red chilli, hing, green chilli, and ginger.
- Squeeze the buttermilk out the soaked vazai thandu, and add the vazai thundu
to the above pan.
- Allow it to cook for 10 minutes, and then add the grated coconut to the above.
