Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Veg Chinese Balls
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 5 french beans
- ½ teacup boiled green peas
- 2 green chillies, chopped
- 1 large capsicum
- ½ tsp Ajinomoto powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- ½ teacup maida
- 3 tbsp oil
- bread crumbs
- salt to taste
- oil for deep frying
For serving :
- Chilli sauce or tomato ketchup
Recipe (How to Make):
- Mash the potatoes coarsely.
- Chop the French beans and capsicum into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in a vessel. When it becomes hot, put the vegetables and Ajinomoto
powder.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the potatoes, green chillies, chilli powder, soya
sauce and salt.
- Keep the mixture to cool and shape into balls.
- Combine the maida properly in 1 teacup of water.
- Dip the balls in this paste and roll into bread crumbs.
- Before serving, deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
