Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Veg Chinese Balls

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 5 french beans
  • ½ teacup boiled green peas
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 large capsicum
  • ½ tsp Ajinomoto powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • ½ teacup maida
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep frying

For serving :

  • Chilli sauce or tomato ketchup

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Mash the potatoes coarsely.
  2. Chop the French beans and capsicum into small pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a vessel. When it becomes hot, put the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder.
  4. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add the potatoes, green chillies, chilli powder, soya sauce and salt.
  5. Keep the mixture to cool and shape into balls.
  6. Combine the maida properly in 1 teacup of water.
  7. Dip the balls in this paste and roll into bread crumbs.
  8. Before serving, deep fry in oil.
  9. Serve hot with chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
