Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Vegetarian Croquettes

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 500 gm potato, boiled and mashed
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • Coriander (chopped)
  • Oil for frying the croquettes
  • Salt to taste

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Oil your palms and divide the mixture into small parts.
  3. Shape each part into elongated rolls and deep-fry in oil till they becomes golden brown.
  4. Ready to serve.
