Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Walnut Pudding
Ingredients for the Recipe
- 150gms walnuts
- 3 eggs
- 250gms bread
- ¾ glass sugar
- 1½ glass milk
- 100gms butter
- Breadcrumbs
Recipe (How to Make):
- Soak bread in milk.
- Grind walnuts into paste.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar and add walnut paste and bread soaked in milk together
with melted butter.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Whisk egg whites, fold them into the mixture.
- Butter a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then pour mixture into
it and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Ready to serve hot.
