Indian Cooking Recipe : How to Make Walnut Pudding

Ingredients for the Recipe

  • 150gms walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 250gms bread
  • ¾ glass sugar
  • 1½ glass milk
  • 100gms butter
  • Breadcrumbs

Recipe (How to Make):

  1. Soak bread in milk.
  2. Grind walnuts into paste.
  3. Beat egg yolks with sugar and add walnut paste and bread soaked in milk together with melted butter.
  4. Mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Whisk egg whites, fold them into the mixture.
  6. Butter a baking dish and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, then pour mixture into it and bake in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Ready to serve hot.
